About me
Didier has worked in the water industry at the City of Calgary for 20 years; though ironically, he is still not a big fan of swimming. He has spent the last 12 years as a dedicated Industrial Compliance Inspector, protecting wastewater infrastructure as well as the environment.
Over the last 3 years, he developed the FOG (fats, oils and grease) program, by educating business owners on wastewater bylaws and operations, opening smelly grease interceptors, and ensuring voluntary compliance.
Didier is proud of his accomplishments in contributing to the creation of education material and videos and generating the City’s slogan “Stop and think! Not down the sink!”
